Bathrooms: Three full baths, one bath has a shower, one has a deep soaking tub with shower, and the other has both a soaking tub and a separate shower.

Setting: Ocean View Blue Horizons, also known as K308, is on the 3rd floor in a panoramic ocean view setting. Angled towards the west, the views are superlative - one of the best in all of Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering. It is also just a quick elevator ride down to the family pool & hot tub spa, the Fitness Center, and a Business Center.

Beach Access: Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.

Pool: Blue Horizon is three floors directly above the family pool, hot tub spa and fitness center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.

Outdoor Spa: There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.

Description and Details

Central A/C: All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Security System: Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Home Size: Approximately 2,900 square feet indoors plus an additional 494 square feet of outdoor patio and terrace, for a total of almost 3,390 square feet of space for living enjoyment!

Villa Electronics: The television in the great room is a new 60" Samsung LED HD 1080p TV and each bedroom are equipped with digital or HD cable service on HD ready flat panel televisions. The master bedroom has a brand new over-sized Sony TV. The living room and two master bedrooms now have Samsung BluRay DVDs with free unlimited Netflix/Pandora and other "internet ready" direct programming. All rooms have an iPod docking station.

Internet Access: Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office: A desk is provided. For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open 7:00am - 9:00pm daily.

Safe: A complimentary in-villa safe is available.

Sofa Bed or Futon: There is a queen bed in the den/alcove bedroom located off the Great Room. This is not a sleeper sofa bed, but a real queen bed! Extra linens are stocked in the villa convenient to guests.

Gym or Exercise Equipment: Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Billiard Table: Downstairs in the lounge on property.

Bar or Wine Refrigerator: Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided. No specific wine fridge.

Rates are plus General Excise Tax (GET) & Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT). GET is 4.166% and TAT is 10.25%.

These rates are valid as of the current date. Rates are subject to change until reserved with a signed Rental Application & Agreement and payment of the initial amount due.

Infants and toddlers under two (2) years of age are not included in the total guest count. Toddlers and children age two (2) and above are included in the total guest count.

Occupancy is granted for the maximum number of guests noted above. Excess occupancy is not allowed and may also be regulated by resort and/or local County of Maui ordinance.

Just a few of the inclusive complimentary benefits provided are Personal Concierge Service, high speed internet, local phone calls, tropical bath treats, and personalized arrival greeting and orientation.

Security deposit plus credit card guarantee is requested for this property, plus a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Minimum Stay: 5 nights

Maximum Occupancy: 8 persons including children over 2 years of age at the time of occupancy.

Payment and Deposit

Deposit: $1000

Service Charge: A Reservation Service Fee will be collected with the initial payment in the amount of $175.

Initial Payment: 50% of rate & taxes

Final Payment: 60 days prior to arrival, however we ask for final payment for reservations over Christmas and New Years 90 days prior to arrival.

Housekeeping

Out Cleaning: $0

Housekeeping Provided: For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 nor on New Years Day January 1.

Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or on a seasonal basis. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room inside your own residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

Light daily hotel-style cleaning provided includes:

  • Re-make beds
  • Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
  • Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish Maui Amenities toiletries
  • Remove trash/garbage
  • Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
  • Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels
  • Wipe off bathtubs, sinks and counters
  • Surface cleaning following by a sweep/vacuum of floors and carpets in traffic areas
  • Wipe off outside furniture and counters.
Some reservations (based on length of stay or rate paid) also receive a linen change and additional cleaning service every 4th day, or during the middle of each full week rented. Mid-week or Mid-Stay cleaning provided includes:
  • Change bed sheets and pillow cases, re-make beds, launder linens off-site
  • Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
  • Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish Maui Amenities toiletries
  • Remove trash/garbage
  • Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
  • Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels
  • Wipe off bathtubs, sinks and counters
  • Surface cleaning following by a sweep/vacuum of floors and carpets in traffic areas
  • Wipe off outside furniture and counters.
  • Clean entry and patio floors as needed
  • Light kitchen tidy up

Extra Housekeeping Fees: Additional a la carte housekeeping service is $40 per hour per housekeeper plus 4.166% GE tax with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Disclosure

Disclosure: As of June 20, 2018 K308 is offered for sale. Please contact our Principal Broker Irene Aroner at 1.888.875.2818 ext. 3 for further information. Reservations are guaranteed. Guests may be asked to accommodate a showing from time to time with advance notice and at a time convenient to guest. Guest will not be asked to facilitate the showing or to clean or prepare for any showing.

The Family Pool will be closed from September 8 - October 15, 2019 due to the exterior stucco repairs and painting project on the North Tower. For safety precautions, it is necessary to close the Family Pool because it lies under the K and L stack of villas where the repair work will be taking place. There will be no work done to the Family Pool itself. Guests under the of age of 18 years old will be permitted and welcomed to use the Adult Pool during this closure. Rates have been discounted to offset any possible inconvenience caused by the Family Pool closure. Additional discounts will not be given.

This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building". Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds from the family pool. Adjacent resort hotels in Wailea occasionally produce open-air entertainments or events such as luaus or corporate parties, which may include fireworks or musical performances which may be visible and/or audible within Wailea Beach Villas.The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Overall, it is far more pleasant and enjoyable to vacation at Wailea Beach Villas than at almost any other resort or hotel.

The AOAO/HOA has implemented a policy that restricts access to chaise lounges at each of the two pools to a maximum of six persons at any one time from each villa during peak periods - at it's discretion. Although we allow 8 guests to enjoy this apartment, please know that in order to use the pools, you may have to limit your use to a maximum of 6 guests at one pool at the same time during peak season. During off-season, when there are plenty of pool chaises available, you may not encounter this issue. Bringing portable beach chairs to the pool area is not allowed. The portable beach chairs at your villa are for use when you take excursions to other beaches on Maui. We suggest you split up and use both pools if you want to swim or sun pool-side at the same time, otherwise, up to 8 guests are allowed use of the "beach set-ups" on Wailea Beach. Please know that the AOAO/HOA takes this rule very seriously, and they will vigorously enforce it for the convenience of all resort guests.

Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply, or parking may be available only in nearby off-site paid parking facilities. We strongly recommend that you rent only one vehicle during your stay. Please contact our Personal Concierge for more information.

You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.

Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.

The swimming pool and hot tub spa near the beach is for use by guests 18 years of age and older, even when visiting as a family. An additional swimming pool closer to the main building welcomes guests of all ages.
